To commence this project the Trust would need to:-

• Negotiate a long term lease with the current owner to enable funders to be confident that the facility would be for the good of the public and community at large.
• Restore the Gunnery Dome restored to a technical brief [as agreed with partners / stakeholders] with interpretation for educational purposes.
• Restore the curtilage structures to accommodate office, storage, café facilities, museum, artefact room and reconstructed RAF barracks.
