AGENDA
a. Receive the accounts of the Charity for the previous financial year;
b. Receive the Annual Report on the Charities activities since the previous AGM;
c. Accept the retirement in rotation, of ONE THIRD of Trustees;
d. To Elect persons to be Trustees to fill the vacancies arising as of [c] and other
e. May confer on any individual (with his or her consent) the honorary title of patron, President or Vice-President of the Charity and
f. Discuss any issues of policy or deal with any other business put before them at least 7 days prior to the meeting [ to be received in writing by the company secretary]
Everyone is welcome to attend : Light refreshments will be served after the formal meeting
